David Wayne Aho, 47, passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 22, 2021. He was born on March 20, 1973 in Kankakee, ILL. David was an Army veteran and Ballard High School graduate who lived almost the entirety of his life in Louisville and was employed with Masterson’s Catering. He is pre-deceased by his wife, Jennifer Kalogera-Aho; his grandparents, Iris and Arvo Aho; Mabel and Lynn Spears; and his aunt, Margaret Aho. David is survived by his parents, Wayne and Pamela Aho of Biltmore Lake, NC; his brothers, Neil Aho of Johnson City, TN and Matthew Aho (Marcia) of Swannanoa, NC; and his nieces, Sophie and Lily Aho. He has many aunts, uncles, and cousins who will also mourn his passing, as well as his beloved dog, Butch. A private service will be held at 11 a.m. at Pearson’s on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. A celebration of life will be held post-Covid, details to follow.
