Larry, As when our father passed away, Pearson's was once again the place where we wanted to be for our mother's visitation. In October of last year (2020) my mother passed away. When we learned the end was near, I called around and spoke to funeral directors who literally gave me the creeps. Then I spoke to Lori Warf. She was amazing at one of the saddest moments of my life. She made me feel better because she was super empathetic without being cloying, she answered my questions and made assurances that made me realize we truly needed her to get through the transition of our mother leaving the planet. When we met in person after Mother passed away on a Sunday afternoon she was very helpful and she took the extra step to expedite burial at Cave Hill. She was terrific. I cannot say enough how much of a difference she made for us. I would have hugged her as we left the cemetary but of course could not due to COVID. I just peaked at the Pearson's site and saw that she is still with Pearson's and it is comforting to me to know that she is there helping others with her amazing attitude that has just that right touch of compassion and just the right touch of a sense of humor dealing with us in our time of need. Thank you Lori and thank you Pearson's for having such a wonderful asset for your clients.
